It is becoming increasingly difficult to achieve a quorum for our AGM meetings as our membership has grown. We are extremely grateful to all those members who connected on Zoom for our AGM meeting on 11 June. Unfortunately, we did not have the required quorum of 50% +1 to hold the AGM and so needed to adjourn our AGM to another date within 14 days.

Therefore, Palliative Care for Children South Africa (PatchSA) hereby serves notice that we will be holding our Adjourned Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 25 June 2025 in the evening starting at 17h00 (5 PM). The meeting will be held online via Zoom.

All paying members of this organisation are encouraged to participate in this meeting as we require a quorum in order to proceed. Any person who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy in their place. This proxy may be a member already attending or can be someone who is not a member and attends in your stead. To appoint a proxy, you will need to download and sign the Proxy Form below and email to Aimee on admin@patchsa.org
