Palliative Care for Children South Africa (PatchSA) hereby informs our members that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 17 June 2026 in the evening starting at 18h00 (6 PM). The meeting will be held online via Zoom and is likely to last less than an hour.

Members of PatchSA are encouraged to participate in this meeting as we require a quorum in order to proceed. Any person who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy in their place. This proxy may be a member already attending or can be someone who is not a member and attends in your place. To appoint a proxy, you will need to download and sign the Proxy Form below and email to Aimee at admin@patchsa.org

Please note that one person may be appointed as proxy for multiple members.

The organisation’s Annual General Meeting for 2026 will take place on Wednesday 17 June @ 18h00 via Zoom
