For the fifth consecutive year, PatchSA is delighted to host the #HatsOn4CPC Charity Competition, made possible by the extraordinary generosity of Dr Nitasha Ramnath, who has donated R15 000 in cash prizes in loving memory of her beloved grandmother, Sonia Ramnath, and the late Mrs J. Hariram.
The competition offers five cash prizes to South African registered charities, giving organisations an opportunity to win financial support while having fun and raising awareness of children’s palliative care.
Taking part is easy!
On Friday, 9 October, gather your colleagues, staff or group members, put on your most colourful, creative or outrageous hats, and take a fun group photo. Share your photo on social media using #HatsOn4CPC and tag PatchSA on Facebook (@Patch SA – Palliative Care for Children South Africa) or Instagram (@Patchpalliative).
To complete your entry, submit your photo along with the competition entry form by Wednesday, 14 October.
Impartial judges
An impartial panel of judges will select the winning photos based on enthusiasm and joy, originality, and colour and creativity. The five winners, sharing a total of R15 000, will be announced on Tuesday, 20 October.
The competition is open to any South African registered charity supporting vulnerable, sick or disabled children, providing children’s palliative care, or offering palliative care services to adults and/or children.
Spread awareness
So, get creative, rally your team and put your charity in the running! Every hat, every photo and every share helps spread awareness of palliative care and celebrates the wonderful work of charities making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Let’s make this year’s #HatsOn4CPC a colourful celebration of compassion, creativity and community!
